You can be(come) a Certified STAR Facilitator in three days, followed by a number of field missions and expeditions. Certification trainings take place in countries all over the world. During the Certified STAR Facilitator Program you will learn how to develop Customer Experience STARs within your own and/or your client’s organization. You will also receive a complete training toolkit to successfully and confidently deliver a STAR Energizer, Work-out and Bootcamp session.
In the hectic days just before my departure to Bangkok, I was afraid to lose focus during the Certified Experience STAR Training. But beyond my expectation, the training was so well organised and energetic, that I forgot the time during the 3 full days of training. The short theoretical parts as well as the practical experiences were great and helped me soak up the materials very comfortably. I feel ready to start my 'Go to Market Plan' in Bangkok already! Thanks for the 3-day training, it was a great way to learn and experience!
The 3-day STAR Facilitator Program has been designed for managers and leaders who want to up the experience their teams deliver, in company Trainers & Coaches, HR Professionals and independent Trainers & Coaches.

iii) The actual fee per participant is € 20,00 – € 10,00 based on participant reviews (scale 1-10). The higher your review score, the lower the participant fee will be. The participant fee includes for each participant: Access to Reverse Community, Reverse Immersion and STAR Learner Journey (as part of blended learning program) and a Reverse e-book.
