As a Learning Design Trainee (remote), you will play a key role in supporting Start Reverse’s Learning Design Team. You will assist in developing engaging and inspiring learning materials, help coordinate training sessions, create and edit content for eLearning platforms, support the creation of internal procedures, and provide support during various exciting learning initiatives.

You will be able to design learning solutions and content that help close the gap between brand promise and (customer/co-worker) experience in daily reality.
