In the role of Learning Designer, you are focused on developing sustainable and scalable learning solutions and programmes for our clients. You design interactive and new blended learning experiences and create innovative high-impact on-the-job learning interventions. The focus will generally be on customer experience, employee engagement, and leadership based on the reverse thinking approach.

responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end high-impact learning journeys (from needs analysis to measurable impact), aligned with our Reverse methodology.
- Translate client challenges into scalable blended learning solutions (live sessions, on-the-job learning, digital modules, peer learning, coaching)
- Lead learning design conversations with clients and co-create powerful concepts that address leadership, customer experience, culture, and engagement.
- Develop experiential learning interventions that drive behavioural change — not just knowledge transfer.
- Integrate digital tools, AI, and innovative technologies into learning programmes to enhance engagement and scalability.
- Create clear storyboards, facilitator guides, workbooks, and digital content in collaboration with our internal team.
- Ensure quality control and alignment with the Start Reverse philosophy across all deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate impact and refine programs based on feedback and data.
- Contribute to the evolution of Reversology by developing new learning concepts and thought leadership.

- You are fluent in English and Dutch (both written and spoken).
