As PA & Office Coordinator you will:
- Manage agendas for our Founder and Chief Engagement Engineer
- Coordinate travel arrangements for all team players
- Initiate and organise (social) team activities
- Be a STAR host for our clients, participants and guests
- Provide administrative support

The perfect match:
- You enjoy engaging with our clients and participents
- You like to challenge the traditional and process way of thinking
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, native in English (fluent in Dutch will be a plus)
- You have outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- You have proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
- You are reliable with patience and professionalism
- You are organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Hospitality experience will be a plus
- Experience with basic accounting software will be a plus
- You live close to the office, so in or near Amsterdam
