In the role of Project/Customer Relevance Manager, you are the main point of contact for the projects. You optimise customer engagement by keeping a close eye on the progress, milestones, KPI and desired results of projects.

the project/customer relevance manager is responsible for:
- Managing of Critical Path Planning & milestones
- Lining up of involved (internal) facilitators to ensure consistency
- Executing all preps, timely planning, materials, logistics & participant correspondence
- Pro-active advice on progress, how the program is developing, issues, achieving of main goals etc.
- Evaluating & adjusting program where needed, giving feedback & input to involved team players, continuously monitoring if we’re on track towards goals etc.

- You are fluent in English.
