His real-world experience in transforming the hospitality industry gave us a fresh perspective on how innovation can create deeper engagement.

Building Culture for Retention in F&B

Arne Altmann Managing Director and Pieter Vermeersch President of the Board from Le Pain Quotidien shared how values-driven leadership can enhance engagement and retention in highly competitive industries like F&B. Through real industry experiences, they demonstrated how shifting the mindset from managing people to inspiring them can transform teams and businesses alike. Their leadership philosophy aligns perfectly with our Reverse Thinking approach, proving that when companies prioritise culture, they create stronger, more engaged teams.

Winning with Purpose and Relevance

Hans Meyer, Co-Founder of Zoku, and Mara Romero, People & Culture Lead, explored how businesses can engage Gen Y, Z, who will make up 75% of the global workforce by 2025. Their secret? Start Reverse’s very own rockstars Luis Alfaro and Laura Griebler introduced Reverse Learning, a powerful experiential approach designed to foster meaningful engagement.
