In the role of Business Development Specialist (base: our cool clubhouse in Amsterdam), you will play a key role in the Business Development Team. You are in control of your own commercial activities and you support during sales opportunities created by the consultants at Start Reverse. You help fill our sales funnel by generating leads, making appointments, call reports & proposals, doing follow-up calls, etc.
Everything we do is based on the Start Reverse philosophy and methodology.

responsibilities:
- Account Management: Monitoring our account management strategy and creating the optimal touch points throughout long lasting relations with our customers.
- (New) business development:
- Searching for leads in strategic market areas and with a focus on our core solutions, partly through online searching and 'cold calling'.
- Being a solution selling consultant during sales conversations with strategic leaders among our customers and leads.
- Writing (tailor-made) proposals in Dutch and English and follow them up.
- Making conversation reports.
- Business planning: help translate our strategy into tactical business planning for our various solutions.
- Communication: with our Reverse Engineers team, our customers, leads, prospects and suspects and maintaining our CRM system with all relevant customer and sales information.
- Creating management reports.

- You have 3-5 years work experience in business development in consultancy, hospitality and/or retail.
- You have strong negotiation skills.
- You are able to prioritize and manage complex projects.
- You have excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written.
- You are organized and always get things done.
- You want to grow personally, you are action-oriented.
- You will act partially supporting, partially also in a driving role.
- You are a hard worker who also enjoys having fun.
- You have a commercial heartbeat and you want to win.
- Based in the Amsterdam/The Netherlands.
