Do you have a passion for digital learning? Do you prefer to work in a fast-paced international working climate together with a great team? Are you a team player with an education in digital learning design and experienced in creating online learning programs?
In the role of Learning Designer, you are focused on developing sustainable and scalable digital learning solutions and programs for our clients. You design interactive and new blended learning experiences and create innovative high impact on the job learning interventions. The focus generally will be on customer experience, employee engagement and leadership based on the Reverse Thinking approach.
- You are a connector who combines conceptual and pragmatic ways of thinking.
- You like to challenge the traditional and process way of thinking.
- The world of online training & consultancy has no secrets for you and you have a proven track record, in fact, you are on top of new technologies, innovative approaches in designing or delivering or managing experience-based training.
- You are native in English & fluent in Dutch.
- You have a Bachelor or Masters Degree.
- You are looking for a part time, or fulltime, or freelance job.
