As a STAR Certified Facilitator, you don’t just practise the behaviours; you teach them. Being part of the Experience STARs Community
Becoming a certified Experience STARs Facilitator means more than learning how to deliver a programme. You become part of the Start Reverse Community: a network of facilitators committed to creating experiences that are Surprising, Touching, Assisting and Recognising, and helping organisations turn everyday interactions into experiences that truly make a difference.
Your Experience STARs certification is personal and non-transferable. To protect the quality, integrity and intellectual property of the programme, we work with a clear facilitator agreement between you and Start Reverse. Once successfully certified, this agreement and your facilitator licence allow you to deliver Experience STARs commercially to your own clients, in line with the agreed programme standards. The initial licence is valid for 12 months.
Commercial facilitation
If you choose to work as a Commercial Experience STARs Facilitator, a 20% community fee applies to the revenue generated from each Experience STARs programme, with a minimum of €400 per session.

You stay connected, supported and continuously developing as an Experience STARs Facilitator.
Staying certified
Following the initial 12-month licence period, an annual recertification and IP licence fee of €900 excl. VAT applies. This helps us safeguard the quality and consistency of Experience STARs while ensuring that our facilitator community continues to learn, exchange ideas and evolve together.
Opportunities to facilitate
As part of the Start Reverse Community, you may also be invited to facilitate Experience STARs programmes for clients of Start Reverse. While assignments and volumes cannot be guaranteed, we actively look for opportunities to collaborate with certified facilitators within our community.
