As the brand grew, one challenge became clear:
How do you scale a soul-driven mission while staying deeply human?
At Le Botaniste, culture has never been an afterthought—it’s been a way of being. The leadership team lived and breathed the company’s purpose: offering accessible, organic, plant-based food in an inspiring, conscious environment. The passion was palpable, and the DNA was strong at the top.
But as the brand began to grow and expand across new locations, so did the need to express that essence with more consistency and clarity across teams. The feeling was there, but the words and tools to pass it on meaningfully weren’t fully developed yet.

the approach: Creating the Conscious Therhappy Blueprint & journey
Le Botaniste partnered with Start Reverse to bring clarity, alignment, and ownership to their internal culture by building their Conscious Therhappy: a Reverse Thinking-Inspired Blueprint that captures not only what they do, but why and how they do it.
Through a co-creative process, we defined their Brand Essence (Why, Who, What, How) and built a Brand Experience Compass to connect daily behaviours with emotional outcomes for both team members and guests. More than a strategy, it became a living guide, one that rooted their mission in tangible behaviours, emotional outcomes, and leadership qualities.
