The EPIC Leadership Certification Programme is designed to equip in-company trainers, seasoned leaders, and professional trainers with the skills to create a lasting impact. You’ll gain hands-on experience with the full Reverse Thinking methodology and EPIC Leadership behaviours, sharpen your facilitation skills, and learn from senior trainers and peers. You’ll leave with practical tools, proven strategies, and the confidence to embed purpose-driven, empowering, inspiring, and coaching leadership behaviours across your organisation.

- Introduction to facilitator guide for EPIC Leadership and its purpose.
- Experience (parts of) the EPIC Leadership programme.
- At work with (parts of) the EPIC Leadership programme: practicing facilitation & activational exercises for the EPIC Leadership behaviours: Empowering, Purpose-driven, Inspiring, and Coaching.
- Rehearsal, dry-run and certification.
- Briefing on post-work and wrap-up.
