- At work with (parts of) the EPIC Leadership programme: practicing facilitation & activational exercises for the EPIC Leadership behaviours: Empowering, Purpose-driven, Inspiring, and Coaching.
- Rehearsal, dry-run and certification.
- Briefing on post-work and wrap-up.

Being part of the EPIC Leadership Community
Becoming a certified EPIC Leadership Facilitator means more than learning how to deliver a leadership programme. You become part of the Start Reverse Community: a network of facilitators committed to developing Empowering, Purpose-driven, Inspiring and Coaching leadership and creating workplaces where people can thrive.
Your EPIC Leadership certification is personal and non-transferable. To protect the quality, integrity and intellectual property of the programme, we work with a clear facilitator agreement between you and Start Reverse. Once successfully certified, this agreement and your facilitator licence allow you to deliver EPIC Leadership commercially to your own clients, in line with the agreed programme standards. The initial licence is valid for 12 months.
Commercial facilitation
If you choose to work as a Commercial EPIC Leadership Facilitator, a 20% community fee applies to the revenue generated from each EPIC Leadership programme, with a minimum of €400 per session.
In return, you and your participants become part of an ongoing learning journey, including:

- Peer-to-peer exchange of experience and knowledge
- Annual EPIC Leadership refreshment opportunities
- Ongoing facilitator support, inspiration and best practices
- Commercial support, including programme templates, cases and tips for positioning EPIC Leadership
You stay connected, supported and continuously developing as an EPIC Leadership Facilitator.
Staying certified
Following the initial 12-month licence period, an annual recertification and EPIC Leadership IP licence fee of €900 excl. VAT applies. This helps us safeguard the quality and consistency of the programme while ensuring that our facilitator community continues to learn and evolve together.
Opportunities to facilitate
As part of the Start Reverse Community, you may also be invited to facilitate EPIC Leadership programmes for clients of Start Reverse. While assignments and volumes cannot be guaranteed, we actively look for opportunities to collaborate with certified facilitators within our community.
