In the role of Senior Project Manager, you are the senior point of contact and responsible for the overall progress of the projects. You optimize client and team member engagement by keeping a close eye on the progress, milestones, KPI’s and desired result of projects.

You are responsible for:
- Optimal sourcing and planning for our teams of learning designers, graphic designers and facilitators
- Monitoring estimated vs. actual time and costs
- Setting-up and managing of Critical Path Planning & milestones
- In charge of program design, piloting/testing and fine-tuning programs
- Lining up of involved (internal) facilitators to ensure consistency
- Guiding project team on all preps, timely planning, logistics
- Pro-active advice on progress, how the program is developing, issues, achieving of main goals etc.
- Evaluating & adjusting program where needed, giving feedback & input to involved team players, continuously monitoring if we’re on track towards goals etc.
