In the role of Senior Trainer, you are in the lead to (co-)develop, facilitate and support the deployment of programs related to leadership development, employee engagement and customer experience, based on our Reverse Thinking methodology. These domains are like home for you. You’re able to translate the needs of strong global brands into an approach that helps close the gap between promise and reality, focusing on helping develop the behavioral and leadership change needed.
- You are a connector who combines conceptual and pragmatic ways of thinking.
- You like to challenge the traditional and process way of thinking.
- You are native in English & fluent in Dutch.
- You have a Bachelor or Masters Degree.
- You are looking for a part time, or fulltime, or freelance job.
